          Julia Brownley of Westlake Village and challenger Michael Koslow comfortably leading the race for the 26th Congressional District as of March 12.

          Brownley, a Democrat, had 57,526 votes, or 51.3% of the total counted so far, according to preliminary results from Ventura and Los Angeles counties.

          Koslow, a Republican, garnered 34.1%, or 38,189 votes.
